Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of primary care relationships.
Base Compensation model includes:
Rep has the option to select either a monthly residual revenue based on the gross revenue received by BioTek from Practice for a period of three years or the option to receive $5,500.00, 60 days after
implementation once practice meets an extremely reasonable productivity target;
$1,750.00 bonus upon execution of the contract;
$750.00 upon payment of first invoice by practice.
