Seeking highly motivated sales consultants to sell a technology-enabled services platform for providers to offer a Chronic Care Management (CCM) to their Medicare patients. The program has an annual estimated value of $17B, paying approximately $43 per patient per month and can be billed every month.
Physicians, who have 500 Medicare patients, can generate a recurring revenue of over $120,000 per year.
This is a great opportunity for existing medical reps to add supplemental income + recurring revenue.
Salespeople are paid a recurring monthly commission per patient per month. Each physicians office you sign on realistically carries with it the potential for 5-15K in commission to you per year. This is a six figure plus opportunity.
