Full service recruiting plan:
Commission Wolf will proactively reach out to independent reps and distribution groups who have existing relationships across the right call points for your product or service. Qualified candidates who have expressed interest will then be introduced directly to your sales management team. Month to Month plans start at a flat rate of $1000 with quarterly discounts available. This plan comes with a minimum performance guarantee of 1 signed rep per month with no additional fees when you sign more than 1.

Listing with Commission wolf is much more targeted than a general job board like indeed or zip recruiter because all we do is 1099 medical sales. Why don't you offer pay per hire like most recruiting services?
As you know, 1099 sales can be hit or miss. Just because someone signs on to rep your product does not guarantee they will produce. That is why we start off with a flat rate unlimited plan and try to bring more signed reps into the mix for one fixed monthly or quarterly rate.
I want to hire 50 reps in the next 2-3 months....can you help get this done?
Anyone who says they can easily build you an army of 1099 reps is not being realistic. This is not an MLM scheme. This is medical sales and the professional independent reps only have time to carry a handful of product lines at most. Commission wolf only works with clients who understand the value of growing an independent sales team over time and we want to work with companies who understand that a few of the right relationships can be incredibly valuable. When companies see things as a "Numbers game" we don't see a good fit. This is about building relationships with ISR's.
Will you recruit on a revenue share basis instead?
Yes in some cases we do this with clients. But there is a retainer to start and the revenue share must not come off the independent reps commission. In other words....there must be enough margin for the reps to get their full commission and for commission wolf to get a small revenue share. If its a win win all around we are up for having a conversation about helping to grow your sales! There is a service retainer on these plans at the beginning but 100% of the service retainer is counted as a draw versus the agreed upon revenue share. (example: $5000 retainer v an agreed upon revenue share of 5%...in this scenario your retainer covers the recruiting campaign until the team hits $100,000 in sales.)
