Additional notes on the distributor opportunity
- We have distributors on both consignment agreements and stocking agreements
- Commission rates for consignment have been about 40% depending on pricing and volume
- If a distributor is interested in stocking company can give them a quote but we sell pedicle screws for about $195 to give them an idea of the range (this is a very good/competitive price).
- Company can send samples for distributor to go over with their docs but need an nda in place beforehand
- The T Lok cervical plate is a top system and the one distributors usually lead with at it is easier to convert. It is thin at 1.9mm and has every option screw they would need. The locking mechanism is a simple ¼ turn cam that surgeons love. Same driver for inserting screws that is used to lock them in place.
- We have several pedicle systems, but the one I am focusing on in the USA is not on the website. It is the Marksman system.
- We have an open version of this system with a ¼ turn locking cap.
- It is a 5.5mm rod system.
- The locking cap is unique and allows for distraction or compression with the cap in place. It has been very well received by surgeons who like that style.

- The posterior cervical system is also a system that many distributors are interested in as it is a less competitive space. Our system is complete and has both occiput plates and plate rods available and a full array of accessories.
