1099 sales reps are a different animal to say the least. They are not employees who are required to dedicate time to selling your product however, if you form the right partnerships with 1099 medical sales reps who have existing relationships in the right call points for your product or service, an independent sales team is capable of adding a 7 figure revenue stream to your companies bottomline. Having that level of success is easier said than done and usually comes with significant risk. Finding reps or small distributor groups who do more than talk a good game takes a consistent effort. Not only that...you want to avoid wasting time with reps or groups that just want to add every product line under the sun but never give your product much facetime with their physician or hospital clients. We work on a low revenue share (typically less than 5%) and our average service retainer is less than $5000 to get a project off the ground. On top of that....100% of the service retainer is treated like a draw against the agreed upon revenue share. For example: Lets say the agreed upon retainer is $5000 with a 5% revenue share. In this scenario commission wolf would continue to recruit a team of independent reps for your company until you reach a guaranteed minimum revenue of $100,000 brought in by the team of reps we refer to your company. The catch??
