We are currently looking for outside sales representatives and account executives who have a background in outside sales, B2B, and business development. If you are in sales and are confident in your sales abilities, then this opportunity may be for you. We are looking for energetic sales reps and account executives with 3+ years of B2B outside sales and business development experience who would like an opportunity as an Outside Sales Rep with our company.
Senior Living is a company that started in the middle of the recession 2009 in the West Coast and now expanding in the State of Florida, the publications print quarterly for Senior Living Magazine and on a monthly bases for Local Deals Magazine.
Senior Living is currently seeking passionate, positive, driven outside sales professionals to sell into small & medium size company business owners, presidents and CEO’s. As an outside sales rep, you will be working as a business development manager selling B2B. You will hold a pivotal role in helping people achieve their dreams.

Responsibilities
• Conducting research and prospecting businesses
• Conduct cold calls
• One-call close or short sale cycle
• Excellent communication skills and high customer service standards
• Time management and organizational skills
• Sell from assigned areas each week
• The Adverting Sales Rep will conduct phone calls to prospective clients set up appointments and meet clients to close sales. The Sales Representative will be cold calling & visiting local businesses owners.

• Schedule your own hours, most reps work 6 hours a day!
• 1099 Contractor
• Work Monday thru Friday scheduling your appointments between 8 am – 5 pm
• “Hunter" mentality, with previous prospecting experiences
• Yearly Residual Income
• This is a Permanent Position
• This is a Part Time position with only 2 sales a day you’ll be making $1,500 a week and we only sell ads starting at $800 so how hard is that?, we have no competition in our products, are average sales rep that only sell 2 sales a day, make $1,600 a week. Most of our sales rep make 5 appointments and close 4 of them, so imagine how much more they are making!!!
