Sales REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY
This positions will start with a base for experienced reps but can also be worked independently. Take advantage of a highly attractive and competitive compensation structure. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be highly motivated. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting product sales to physicians in a given territory. The majority of the Sales Representative’s time is spent calling on plastic surgeons’ and dermatologists’ offices within a large territory. Sales representative will be responsible for the development of new sales opportunities and support of current customer base. Sales representative will also be responsible for providing service to customers within the territory.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Direct-to-physician sales experience with cosmeceutical or other aesthetic skincare products
- Analyze sales data and manage territory to effectively maintain and grow book of business
- Strong skincare knowledge is required
- 3+ years outside sales experience selling a premium product to dermatologists and plastics surgeons that dispense skincare products with a proven track record of success
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Ability to create a line of customized, practice-branded skincare products at the office level
- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals
- Strong organizational and proven time management skills
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and train office staff
- Demonstrated ability to develop on-going professional relationships with customers
- Must act in a professional, confidential, and positive manner
- Staffing national and regional trade show as assigned
- Assists physician office in growing the practice through marketing promotions and educational seminars
- Provides product demos to qualified customers
- Quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
- Documents and maintains all lead activity in the online CRM tool
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Attend various sales training classes, trade shows, sales meetings, and national and regional conferences
- Maintain understanding of trends in the industry
- Make presentations about company’s products to a target audience
- Know how we differ from the competition
