Candidates should be excited about the future of our rapidly changing industry and recognize the importance of providing our print subscribers with a quality newspaper while also reaching and appealing to a growing online audience. The content coordinator will work with editors, reporters, photographers, the online desk and a regional design center with the goal of producing and featuring our very best work in print and online. This job requires strong print and digital news judgment, familiarity with online and social media tools and an understanding of strong print design. Two years of reporting or editing experience is preferred. Lincoln is a growing capital city, and the Journal Star is in the middle of the action.
